How do I print my tickets?
The QR code you received in your Confirmation Email is your ticket! That means it can be scanned right off your phone, or you can print the email and present it the day of the event.
How do I get a refund?
Every event has their own refund policy. This can be found on the confirmation email you received or on the event’s website. We are happy to provide you with a contact email if needed.
How do I upgrade/swap my ticket/autograph/photo op?
If available for the event you are attending, these options can be found on the Confirmation Page, accessible via the Confirmation Email you received. There will be “Swap” and/or “Upgrade” buttons next to the purchased product. Clicking on these buttons will reveal what your Swap or Upgrade options are.
I can’t find my ticket. Can you resend it?
Yes! Please send us a message to email@example.com. We will get it resent to you!
How do I change the name on my ticket?
Go to the Confirmation Page, accessible via the Confirmation Email you received. Next to the product you wish to add/change a name to, click “Edit.” You can change the name, phone number, and email address here.

My event seems like it is too small to make use of your services.
GrowTix supports events of all sizes. Our mission is to make sure that every event producer has access to the best tools in the industry to run their show, regardless of its size or attendance.
